After checking out different kinds of kitchen ware. Doing research and price shopping. I think I finally found the best kitchen ware on the market.
The most important quality’s to consider with kitchen ware. Is how durable and easy to cook with the set. Also is it easy to clean. Or is everything going to stick to the pots and pans. Food for thought.
The Kitchen Ware that I Personally Recommend
After trying lots of different pots and pans. Ones with different colors. And just mostly finding that just because they look shiny and new. Doesn’t mean there the best. My biggest pet peeve, when cooking is food sticking. Finally I found the perfect kitchen ware the Terra Kit (Available on Amazon).
This little kit is awesome, I say little really not so little. The pots are big enough to get the job done. The material that these pots and pans are made of is excellent for camping. It cooks fast and even. And best thing of all non stick!
What’s really cool is each piece fits inside each other. Which is great for camping. Easy to take to the camp. And doesn’t take up a lot of space when you are there. This kit comes with:
- Frying pan
- Large Coking Pot
- Large Pot Lid
- Medium pot
- Soup Ladle
- Wooden Spoon
- Loofah Sponge
The pans are aluminium. Which makes them light weight. And the handles on the pots and pans are heat resistant. Everything fits nice and neat for easy storage.
After all the pots and pans are fitted nicely together. There is a carrying bag with a draw string. Which makes it really easy to carry the cook ware. Watch the video to see how compact the cookware becomes on Amazon.
Features of the Terra Kit include heat resistant handles. For a safer cooking experience. The bowls range from small to large. And all and all they are a good size for cooking. The smallest is 8 inches in circumference. Then the medium pan is 6.67 inches round. And the big pan is 7.67 inches. Which is ample space for cooking.
The cookware comes with plastic bowl & plate. Which helps with mixing and a ladle for scooping. Of course you are going to need some plates, cups, and every day cutlery to serve your family and friends. If you want a kit that has the cups & plates. You could compare the Odoland by Coleman it comes with 22 pieces. And the kitchen sink.
There are still items your going to want to get to keep your campers happy.
A Great Camping Bowl from Soup to Nuts
Another Kind of bowl that is really handy for tent camping. Is the FlexWare bowl. And what is really cool about them is that they are so easy to pack. The bowl collapses to fit into the smallest of places. This will make a great addition to your kitchen bag of tricks. (Click to see current price Survival Frog).
Your Going to Need a Stove to Cook on
From the first time I went camping. The best portable stove I found was the Coleman. A Coleman propane stove(Link To Amazon) with duel burners. Great for boiling water or for cooking a stew.
Back in the day you used a 1 lb fuel tank. But now your not having to constantly worry if your going to run out. There is a new technology that allows for duel fuel. You can either use propane or unleaded gas. its your choice.
Whats really convenient; Is the sides of the cook stove can adjust, to keep the wind at bay. Then also if your cooking with very large pots. The sides can move out further. So that the sides will not be in the way of the pot.
And the lid raises up to make a good back splash.
The Coleman has stood the test of time. And it is durable the case is metal. But it is light enough to carry. The Coleman stove will make a great camping stove. That will last for years to come.
Last but not least a good camping table will help you out so much in the kitchen. I always find even if you have a table at the campsite. Having your own personal cooking space makes everything so much easier.
I like to use my table for prepping food. And then I can use it to cook on. I find that it just makes food preparation so much nicer. And it doesn’t take as long when your more organized.
My cooking table folds up. So that it is easy to take with me camping. It has a handle and it’s made of aluminum. Which makes it very light weight. And easy to carry.
When it’s folded up the table width is very thin. Which makes storing it in the closet easy. When it’s not at the camp. FiveJoy portable table(Link to Amazon)
